Location: the hotel was next to restaurant such as chicken rice shop, personal transport and nearby building- bangi gateway dan new shoplot. Plus there was a lake, within 35 minutes walk or so.

They offered us soundproof and spotless rooms with 2-seater sofa which is perfect for a family, the dining table, sofa. And the room's amenities were GOOD. The location was strategic and comfy for traveling around Bangi, so close to the shopping mall as well as food outlets and shopping mall.

everything was great, favourable location right next to a mall, the staff were efficient. location: the hotel was next to eateries and restaurants and a shopping complex. plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake. food was outstanding every morning. the service offered was good. late check-out was useful. had a great stay here.

The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the room we stayed in was spacious and had a living area for my child to play. The cleanliness was commendable, and the WiFi was fast. The staff was helpful and accommodating from the reception to the housekeeping. We enjoyed our stay.

Recently visited a new hotel over Easter and had a great time. The room was clean, big and had a balcony, with a shopping mall nearby which had a supermarket and a fun Ramadan market. The location was perfect for me, being close to where I needed to go. Plus, there was a Starbucks on the 1st floor which was a nice touch.

There were a couple of negatives which I found to be a downside. there was no free wifi which was a bit of a letdown.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and added a nice touch to the holiday experience. the location was convenient, located near a shopping center and easy access to transportation. the room was spacious and had a great view of the city.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking and the bathroom had a foul odor. the bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep at night.
